Scholarship Description: Merit-Based Scholarships are open for the academic year 2018-2019. These are highly competitive scholarships available for international students for pursuing undergraduate programme at the Shawnee State University.

Eligibility:

A. Shawnee Scholar Award: This highly competitive scholarship will be awarded to 8 outstanding students. If you have an ACT score of 30 and higher or SAT (combined reading/math) score of 1320+ and a high school grade point average of at least 3.8/4.0 scale you will be considered for this prestigious award. Those in consideration will be asked to submit sample work.

B. Shawnee Achievement Award: If you have an ACT score of 27 and higher or SAT (combined reading/math) score of 1210+ and a high school grade point average of at least 3.8/4.0 scale you will be considered for this award.

C. Shawnee Excellence Award: If you have an ACT score of 25 and higher or SAT (combined reading/math) score of 1130+ and a high school grade point average of at least 3.6/4.0 scale you will be considered for this award.

D. Shawnee Success Award: If you have an ACT score of 23 and higher or SAT (combined reading/math) score of 1060+ and a high school grade point average of at least 3.4/4.0 scale you will be considered for this award.

E. Blue & Gray Award: If you have an ACT score of 21 and higher or SAT (combined reading/math) score of 980+ and a high school grade point average of at least 3.2/4.0 scale you will be considered for this award.

Benefits:  Full-tuition scholarship for four years.
Shawnee Achievement Award: ($6,000 per year/$24,000 for four years)
Shawnee Excellence Award: ($5,000 per year/$20,000 for four years)
Shawnee Success Award: ($4,000 per year/$16,000 for four years)
Blue & Gray Award: ($3,000 per year/$12,000 for four years)
