Scholarship Description:

The university of Melbourne is offering scholarships to international students towards the pursuit pf an MBA degree. The Scholarship provides funding and exclusive opportunities to meet with world-renowned entrepreneurs, thought-leaders and investors.

Nationality: International and domestic students.
Level of Study: MBA degree.
Subject(s): Business Administration.
College/University:  Melbourne Business School (MBS); University of Melbourne.
Entry Criteria: 
-Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent. 
-Applicant must have a good GMAT score-as a guide, recent students have achieved an average of 680 or higher.
-IELTS – minimum score of 7.0 overall, with no individual score less than 6.5; or TOEFL IBT – minimum score of 102, with a written score minimum of 24 and no individual score lower than 21.

  • Rupert Murdoch Fellowship: 85,470 (full tuition) + $13,530 (living stipend)

  • The Helen MacPherson Smith Fellowship: Up to $50,000 (towards tuition)

  • Diversity Excellence Scholarships: From $50,000 (towards tuition)

How do I apply?

Application is online at apply.mbs.edu. Application requirements are:

  1. Good GMAT score – an average of 680 or higher.
  2. A CV, showing a minimum of two years’ work experience.
  3. Academic transcript (and any postgraduate academic transcripts if completed).
  4. Evidence of citizenship or residency.
  5. Proof of English proficiency (copy of IELTS or TOEFL score, where required*)
  6. Motivation statements relating to your goals and how you can contribute to the program.
  7. The names and contact details of two professional referees.
