Scholarship Description:

Clark University is offering merit scholarships for high school students. Clark University Scholarships are open to international students to pursue an undergraduate programme.

Level of Study: Undergraduate degree
Subject(s): All subjects offered by the university.
College/University:  Clark University, USA
Entry Criteria: To be eligible students must be a first-year applicant (not a transfer student) who has attended school overseas for at least four years. Clark also will consider international citizens attending school in the United States. 
Applicants must have high school degree.
Student may also choose to submit:
SAT/ACT scores (Clark doesn’t require these scores). If they choose to submit scores, use these school codes:
CEEB (SAT): 003279
ACT: 1808
CSS Profile (only if student is applying for need-based financial assistance). If they choose to submit a profile, use the school code 3279.
English Language Requirement: Applicants whose native language is not English

What does it cover?

Value: 
  1. Presidential LEEP Scholarship: Free tuition, room and board for four years
  2. Global Scholars Program Scholarship: Minimum of $5,000 per year ($20,000 for four years, contingent upon meeting academic standards for renewal).
  3. International Traina Scholarship: $80,000, four-year award ($20,000 per year), regardless of a family’s financial need.
  4. International Achievement Scholarship: $60,000, four-year award ($15,000 per year), regardless of a family’s financial need.
  5. International Jonas Clark Scholarship: $40,000, four-year award ($10,000 per year), regardless of a family’s financial need.

How do I apply?

Presidential LEEP Scholarship and Global Scholars Program Scholarship require separate applications; however, the rest of our merit scholarships do not. To apply, you’ll need to submit:

    1. First-year Common Application
    2. Secondary School Report: Student’s school official will submit the Common Application’s Secondary School Report along with an official high school transcript, which will give us a picture of your academic career.
    3. Teacher evaluation form from a teacher in a traditional academic area such as mathematics, science, foreign language, English, social science or academic elective
    4. Application fee of $60 through the Common Application website, or a fee waiver
    5. Proof of English proficiency
    6. Results from any national examinations (e.g., A levels, GCSE, WASSCE, CBSE, ISCE, CXC, CAPE, etc.)
